"Week two was a lot of fun and full of a lot of triumphs. My schedule went as follows Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6PM I was at Gym of Buckhead, working my butt off (literally.) Amy is the Bomb diggity. On Tuesday and Saturday (After gym) I was at Institute DERMed with Kim and Alla, can I tell you IPL is not fun but the results are going to be fabulous I can already tell, and as for Endermology, the best massage I have ever gotten. Then I had Friday and Sunday off, but I can tell you that I did not take even a moment for granted. You see I walked on Friday and on Sunday when ever I felt the "I am hungry because I am bored" I went on a walk with my dogs around the whole apartment complex. Since Sunday is my free day I got to have a great Easter with Chicken, spinach and a salad for dinner at a friends house,WOW sounds like I did not have a free day...lol that is until the three of us ate a whole bag of Cadbury Mini eggs.
"I almost forgot, on Thursday after my work out I went to Noland Suttles Salon and had the oily scalp treatment and met my new hair dresser. I love Pam, she is so much fun and will definitely give me the "WOW factor" that I want. Now I am not only writing here to tell you about my day to day activity, but to also share about my personal victories. The first victory was achieved on Friday afternoon, when I realized that my fingers and arms have not gone numb from carpal tunnel all week. Now to me this alone is worth all of the hard work that I am putting in to this boot camp. The second and most amazing victory was that after weigh in on Saturday I have lost a grand total of 30 lbs. Oh my gosh I could not believe it. But I have noticed that my clothes are fitting differently, and my friend noticed last night and was so supportive, Thank you all for all of your support so far and in the future. I have Gym again tonight and I am so looking forward to it. I hope that you all have a good day and I can not wait for you all to see the progress that we have all made.
I "t's a great group and I'm so happy to be getting to know Phyllis, Cheryl, Kim, and Deena. Supportive, Kind, and Interesting are words that come to mind. Amy is putting a lot of time and energy into us and all of us want to make it worth her time. Stay tuned for exercise updates and how eating the correct foods fuels your body".
